By scheduling an appointment through our scheduling tool, you consent to your personal information (name, email) being processed by Acuity Scheduling (a Squarespace company) to manage your booking. We comply with UK GDPR and will only use your data to manage your appointment or send relevant appointment reminders. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Please note use of the scheduling tool is on the basis of acceptable use, i.e. users shall not abuse our site (e.g., spamming, trying to hack the scheduling tool). Additionally, we shall not be liable for potential technical failures in the booking system

Please note submitting an enquiry does not create a contractual obligation on either party. Any engagement of our services will be subject to a separate written agreement.
