I began my journey in the high-pressure world of C-Suite Executive Support, learning first-hand how the most successful leaders operate. That foundation evolved into a deep dive into Project Management, where I gained my Prince2 Foundation Certification and developed an obsession for structured, efficient workflows.

However, I eventually realised that the best processes in the world only work if the people behind them are supported. This led me to People Operations, where I spent the past 5 years managing the full employee lifecycle and, most recently, serving on leadership teams to drive strategic HR projects.
